i may have made this cry for help before, but if so, it’s still just as relevant. i am looking for a pair of below-the-knee black boots. not suede or perforated, because i want to be able to wear them in the winter/snow/rain, but they should be comfortable, and a little loose in the calf, so i can wear them in the summer. it is so important, and they are so hard to find! any style is acceptable, as long as they’re cute and comfortable. oh, and i don’t want to spend more than about $200. tough, i know.

also, any ideas on how, other than eating a little less and going to the gym every day, i could lose like 3 pounds in a week?

    One of the cover articles from the May’s issue of Cosmo is how to lose 5 pounds in 1 week. It seemed reasonable and practical.

    It says to pick 4 of the following:

    – Drink mainly water
    – Ban white bread and pasta
    – Do cardio 30 minutes a day
    – Drink coffee an hour before working out
    – Have nightly you on top sex
    – Do 36 push-ups and lunges every other day
    – Sleep 30 minutes more a night
    – Make one food sacrifice (such as chips with lunch or chocolate desert after dinner)

    The article goes into some detail about why each of those would work.

    Sorry I can’t help with the boots.
